After tearing up the turf at Ohio Stadium for three seasons, it was time for your Columbus soccer team to move to their own stomping grounds. And, on May 15, 1999, you were there, front and center, in the sold-out crowd of 24,741, as your Black and Gold inaugurated the first soccer-specific stadium in the U.S. with a 2-0 drubbing of New England.
